TORII is a contemporary Japanese sushi restaurant inspired by Head Chef Tri Pham's French culinary background and over ten years of experience in Japanese cuisine.

 

Our priority is to offer our guests an impressive experience in taste, smell, and sight. We create a strong first impression by investing in modern interior design and training our hosts to welcome guests with a warm smile.

 

We provide casual dining table service and employ a server staff to take orders and deliver food.

 

One of the most important aspects of sushi is the way customers interact with the chef. At our sushi bar, we offer Omakase, a unique dining experience where the chef prepares a multi-course meal for you based on the freshest seasonal ingredients available.

 

Real sushi takes time, dedication, and passion. Chef Tri has his own secrets of rice preparation and demystifies the seafood sashimi grade that is suitable for raw consumption.

 

Our menu consists of hot and cold tastings, sushi, sashimi, yakitori, tempura, and dry-aged beef, fish, and poultry. Our Omakase menu is based on seasonal items, and we can customize any order to accommodate your preferences and food allergies.
